Educational Requirements:
∎ MBA/Master's in any discipline.
∎ Sound knowledge in Bangladesh Labor Law & Rules is preferred.
∎ PGD in HRM is preferred.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Lead all types of factory related recruitment for all manufacturing units.
∎ Collaboration with Corporate HR team to ensure on time onboarding of all types of factory new joiners.
∎ To maintain employees personal file with all related papers as up-dated.
∎ Assist Plant HR team to prepare manpower planning in accordance with approved head count budget.
∎ Build relationship with educational institute to ensure competent candidate's pipeline.
∎ Execute internship/attachment program in factory to build talent pool for future requirements.
∎ Counsel employees on grievance issues and handle all types of disciplinary issues.
∎ Assist internal & external training programs for factory employees.
∎ Assist & coordinate factory performance appraisal process.
∎ Assist all types of administrative activities of the factory if required.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 40 years
∎ ISO 9001:2008, HACCP, Leadership training is preferable.
∎ 1/2 years experience in HR of manufacturing industry is preferable.
∎ Female candidate's having interest to long-term career in Pabna will get preference.
∎ Good written and verbal English communication skill.
Salary: Negotiable
