Experience:
Experience in BPO industry recruitment is highly preferred
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
Proficiency in HR management systems (HRMS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
Conduct end-to-end recruitment for BPO and bulk hiring requirements.
Develop and execute strategic hiring plans to meet staffing needs.
Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
Conduct initial interviews and manage the candidate selection process.
Partner with process managers to understand their staffing requirements.
Utilize various sourcing methods to attract top talent.
Manage candidate databases and recruitment tools.
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Conduct reference checks and extend job offers.
Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in recruitment.
Arranging employee induction and onboarding activities of new employees.
Necessary letter preparation and handover to employees when required.
Job Enrichments & Job Analysis. Developing, reviewing, and improving administrative systems, policies, and procedures.
