Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Job Postings & Recruitment: Create and manage job postings, screen CVs, and shortlist candidates.
∎ Candidate Interviews: Conduct interviews and manage the recruitment process from start to finish.
∎ HR Compliance: Ensure adherence to HR policies and legal requirements.
∎ HR Administration: Perform various administrative tasks related to HR activities.
∎ Working Hours: 4:00 PM – 11:00 PM (Dhaka Time)
∎ Working Days: Monday – Friday Key Responsibilities: As an HR Executive, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our HR processes, ensuring efficient operations and compliance. Your responsibilities will include:
