∎ Sound knowledge on prevailing labor law & labor rules
∎ Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
∎ Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Manage factory compliance & discipline and act as 'Welfare Officer" as per Bangladesh Labor Act 2006.
∎ Ensure ISO 22000:2015, ISO 9001:2015 and other compliances documentation required for HR department.
∎ Manage "Participation Committee" and "Safety Committee".
∎ Support HR manager to establish and maintain congenial work environment focusing on good Employee Relations practices.
∎ Assist in all kinds of Factory recruitment as per company procedures.
∎ Coordinate employee onboarding and job confirmation process and maintain new joiner’s database.
∎ Assist in preparing the training and engagement calendar as per business need.
∎ Arrange and facilitate training programs for new joiners.
∎ Carry out/Source unique training program as per TNA
∎ Create and maintain liaison with relevant stakeholders.
∎ Assist HR Manager on different HR processes i.e. Head count budget, Manpower Planning, Departmental Enquiry & Disciplinary Procedure, year/half yearly appraisal for all employees of SFBL, etc.
