Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in HRM
∎ Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management from BIM or similar reputed institution
∎ Skills Required: Factory HR Administration

∎ 1 to 3 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Compensation/ Benefits/ Attendance/ Leave Management, Industrial relationship, Recruitment & Selection, Training & Development
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Assist HR Manager for preparing –Human Resource (HR) function related policy & procedures, attendance report, monthly salary sheet and other HR related eventual work.
∎ Conduct initial screening before recruitment of management staffs, factory workers and support staffs; manage & keep personnel documents and records appropriately after recruitment.
∎ Update personal files and all HR functional register regularly.
∎ Assist HR Manager for conducting training need assessment, training material preparation and keep record of all training related function.
∎ Act as an initial solution provider to all initial queries from management staff and workers regarding HR Operation, factories operation, welfare & industrial relation issues.
∎ Manage grievance handling procedure, draft various letter and follow up documentation process for approval.
∎ Maintain secondary liaison with local government authority and factory inspector.
∎ Assist HR Manager & other departmental head for managing industrial relation, participation committee and health & safety committee.
∎ Follow up & maintain documentation and operation for: compensation management, reward management, maternity benefit and employee separation.
∎ Maintain a good harmony between management and workers.
∎ Accept new responsibilities & challenges after every succession period.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 24 to 28 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Experience of computer compose both in Bengali & English is must.
∎ Negotiation skill (with workers is must)
∎ High tension situation management skill, should have can do attitude
∎ Preference will be given to those who are currently working in electronics assembling factory, accessories factory and small or medium garments factory.
∎ Willingness to accept Chinese working culture
Salary:
∎ Negotiable
∎ Preference will be given to those applicants who will expect salary realistically.
