Education:

Graduate - Major in Human Resource Management from recognized University.
Requirements:

Additional Requirements:
Experience Requirements : Minimum 5 years in readymade garment industry
Computer literacy must.
Good written and oral communication skills in both English and Bangla.
Experience with Oven Factory will be given preference.
Responsibilities & Context:
General knowledge of HR Administration & Labour Law.
Handling knowledge of recruitment of Workers.
Ability to performing job independently and willing to work in a Team environment.
Ensure & maintain all Training with records (Fire, First Aid orientation etc.).
Check & ensure all Personal File, Leave Register & Service Books with all applicable documents & information (as per Buyer requirements).
Ensure Final Settlement File for left Workers.
Regular Floor visit & find out the safety risk and take preventive action.
