Responsibilities & Context:
  1. Maintain accurate employee records (attendance, leave, performance, personal files).

  2. Prepare HR reports for management review.

  3. Assist in payroll preparation by providing attendance and leave data.

  4. Handle customer queries via phone, email, or in-person communication.

  5. Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies.

  6. Address complaints, escalate unresolved issues, and ensure customer satisfaction.

  7. Monitor customer service performance and prepare reports.

  8. Maintain records of customer interactions, feedback, and resolutions.

  9. Follow up with customers to ensure issues are resolved promptly.

  10. Ensure high levels of professionalism in all customer interactions.

  11. Identify trends in complaints and recommend preventive measures.

  12. Participate in developing customer service policies and procedures.
