• Age 40 to 50 years

• Must be RAJUK enlisted Engineer.
• Sound knowledge of project management principles and design coordination.
• Proficiency in ETABS, SAFE, STAAD Pro, AutoCAD, and other structural analysis software.
• Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and report-writing skills.

• Perform detailed structural design and analysis of high-rise and specialized building projects.

• Review, verify, and approve structural drawings and design calculations.

• Ensure designs comply with BNBC, ACI, ASTM, and other relevant codes and standards.

• Coordinate with architects, MEP engineers, and project teams to maintain design integrity and efficiency.

• Provide expert technical support during construction and project execution stages.

• Lead structural design meetings and review sessions with clients and consultants.

• Assist management in project planning, scheduling, and resource allocation.

• Ensure timely submission of all design deliverables in line with project timelines.
