Experience in real estate sales, flat sales, or direct sales will get preference.
Must have good communication, negotiation, and convincing skills.
Smart, presentable, hardworking, and target-oriented.
Ability to work from the site office.
Basic knowledge of real estate projects, customer handling, and sales documentation will be an advantage.
Responsibilities & Context:
Promote and sell flats/projects to potential customers.
Handle client inquiries through phone calls, site visits, and direct communication.
Explain project details, flat features, pricing, payment schedule, and booking procedure.
Arrange and conduct site visits for interested clients.
Maintain regular follow-up with potential buyers.
Build strong customer relationships and support clients until booking/sales completion.
Achieve monthly sales targets and report sales activities to management.
Maintain proper client database and daily sales report.
