Additional Requirements:
  • Age 20 to 40 years
  • A minimum of 2 years of total work experience, with at least 1 years of proven, relevant experience in digital marketing and branding, preferably within the real estate sector.
  • Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, and social media marketing.
  • Proficiency with digital marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Mailchimp, Hootsuite).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Creative mindset with an eye for detail and a passion for storytelling.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.


Responsibilities & Context:
  • Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing campaigns across various platforms, including social media (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn), email marketing, and search engines (Google Ads).
  • Create and manage engaging, high-quality content, including property listings, blog posts, videos, and infographics, to attract and nurture leads.
  • Oversee our social media channels, fostering a strong online community and responding to inquiries promptly and professionally.
  • Analyze marketing data and campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics and social media insights to optimize strategies and improve ROI.
  • Monitor and manage our online reputation, ensuring a positive brand image and addressing any feedback or reviews.
  • Collaborate with the sales and design teams to ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials and communications.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and technologies, identifying new opportunities for growth and innovation.
