Experience:

• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Civil Engineering
• Master of Business Administration (MBA)

Project Management Training certification will get advantage

• Age 35 to 55 years

• BUET or Any other govt. engineering university graduates will be preferred.

• At least 3–5 years of strong experience in real estate/developer projects.

• Strong leadership, decision-making, and team management skills.

• Experience at AGM/DGM or equivalent senior managerial level will be preferred

• Excellent communication and coordination abilities.

• In-depth knowledge of construction materials, methods, contracts, and compliance.

• Ability to work under pressure and meet strict project deadlines.

• Lead and manage multiple real estate construction projects end-to-end

• Plan, execute, monitor, and control project schedules, budgets, and resources

• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, subcontractors, and internal teams

• Ensure construction work complies with approved drawings, specifications, and BOQ

• Monitor site progress, quality standards, and safety compliance

• Review and approve construction methodologies, materials, and work execution

• Identify and resolve technical and site-related challenges effectively

• Prepare progress reports, budget control reports, and management updates

• Support management in project planning, costing, and risk mitigation

• Mentor and supervise project engineers and site teams
