∎ 2 to 4 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Compliance, ISO 14000
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Inventory/Warehouse, Garments

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Internal Audit: Conducts internal audit at least 03 times in each week, publishes current compliance scenario against actual standard, creates awareness, and ensures sustainability.
∎ External Audit: Independently handles all external audit bodies
∎ Floor Temperature, Cleaning & Hygiene Issues: S /he supervises and monitors housekeeping system to ensure proper cleanliness of warehouse premises, hygiene of workers toilets across the organization, Monitors floors to ensure healthy working temperature at all time in order to meet compliance requirements.
∎ Fire & Safety: Monitors fire & Safety’s day to day activities and arranges various fire and safety training program, ensures fire equipment’s are in right condition to keep the factory ready for any announces/unannounced audit.
∎ Facility Management: S/he keeps the inventory of office equipment / furniture, particularly monitors employees and workers dining hall facility, and also ensures availability of sufficient facility/medicine in workers medical hall in order to avoid related compliance issues.
∎ Carry out research on emerging green standards and technologies and assesses feasibility of implementation at the Organization.
∎ Work with HR & Operational staff to implement innovative and best practices in sustainability and develop the Organizational strategy accordingly.
∎ Carry out any other jobs as assigned from time to time.

Salary: Negotiable
