∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Human Resource Management
Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 3 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
HRIS/ HR Database Management
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Garments
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Collaborates closely with HR Manager to identify payroll needs.
∎ Maintain workflow to ensure all payroll transactions are processed accurately and timely.
∎ HR operation using KORMEE attendance payroll software system.
∎ Maintain and update all employee information, files, and documents, personal details, position, salary, appraisal outcomes, leave records, Final Settlement of separated employees and awards by KORMEE.
∎ Check and reconcile employee information to input in Biometric software.
∎ Prepare & submit software generated report such as employee's daily attendance, late, absent, early leaving, Manual correction, leave, active/inactive employee, hired and separated report or any other report as and when required.
∎ Pay slip and all other letter issuing by software.
∎ Final settlement with accounts.
∎ Provide information as per Audit / Buyer requirements.
∎ Able to handle attendance machine for retrieving data.
∎ Provide manual support on work as and when required.
∎ Performing other HR related issues assigned by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Must have working knowledge on Payroll software (Kormee)
∎ Good knowledge in MS Word, Excel & Powerpoint
∎ Should have knowledge on Bangladesh Labor Law 2006 & Labor rules 2015
∎ The applicants should have working experience in the Garments, Textile factory
∎ Ability to Report Writing and Record Keeping
∎ Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills
