Educational Requirements:
∎ Minimum graduation majoring in Human Resource Management
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Supporting the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems.
∎ Actively involved in recruitment by preparing job descriptions, posting ads and managing the hiring process
∎ Process all paperwork associated with employment changes and variations to contracts.
∎ Create and maintain all employee personnel files, ensuring archiving of leaves
∎ Create and maintain up to date folders for all employee benefit information.
∎ Support the administration of annual pay review, employee survey and HR statistics.
∎ Overall responsibility for payroll processing
∎ Assist with reporting from payroll in line with HR and business requirements.
∎ Assist with entering variable overtime and expense payments.
∎ Calculate monthly timesheets as required and process in line with company requirements.
∎ Any other payroll duties as required by the company management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Experience in payroll software
∎ Advanced knowledge in excel
∎ Experience on updating Data
∎ Must have sound knowledge about labour law
∎ Preferred from garments background
