• Support SEO activities, Facebook Ads, and Google Ads campaign setup, optimization, and reporting.

• Conduct competitor research, market analysis, and prepare performance reports.

• Manage online product listings, updates, and ensure accuracy across all digital platforms.

• Assist with photo and video shoots, creative production, and content planning.

• Respond to customer queries across social media, email, and messaging platforms in a timely and professional manner.

• Manage incoming phone calls, provide customer support, and direct inquiries to the relevant departments.

• Maintain and update a customer database for marketing, sales, and communication purposes.
