Maintain and update employee information in the ERP system accurately and on time.
Manage the entire employee life cycle — joining, confirmation, transfer, promotion, and separation.
Ensure proper documentation and maintenance of personal files (hard copy and digital).
Process and verify Final Settlement (F&F) and other exit formalities.
Conduct new joiner orientation and ensure smooth onboarding of employees.
Check and process TA/DA bills, mobile SIM disbursement, and other employee benefits.
Coordinate with Finance for monthly salary inputs and allowances.
Prepare and maintain HR-related reports, databases, and trackers (attendance, leave, headcount, etc.).
Support policy implementation and compliance with company rules and labor laws.
Assist in HR audits, documentation, and record verification.
Provide day-to-day HR operational support to all departments.
Assist in organizing employee engagement and welfare activities.
Perform any other responsibilities assigned by the HR Manager
