• Develop and implement production schedules to achieve optimal efficiency in the forming process.

• Ensure production activities align with quality standards and company goals.

• Oversee forming machine operations and troubleshoot issues to minimize downtime.

• Monitor and adjust the gob feeding machine setup and performance.

• Inspect production samples to ensure conformance to specifications through visual checks and measurement tools like scales and gauges.

• Analyze product defects, identify root causes, and implement corrective measures.

• Supervise and monitor maintenance activities for forming machines, molds, and other production equipment.

• Ensure preventive and routine maintenance schedules are effectively executed.

• Monitor forehearth temperature and furnace parameters for efficient forming.

• Adjust PLC parameters for press, robotic take-out, fire polishing, and annealing lehr to optimize production.

• Monitor inventory levels of spare parts and submit requisitions when necessary.

• Organize the repair and maintenance of production equipment.

• Develop strategies to reduce production costs while maintaining product quality.

• Prepare periodic production reports for management analysis and decision-making.

• Supervise worker performance, provide feedback, and arrange training programs to enhance their skills.

• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration within the team.

• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in the production environment.

• Collaborate with the Mixing Department, Furnace Department, and Sales Team to ensure quality, timely delivery, and alignment of production processes.

• Perform other responsibilities as assigned by the management.
