• Diploma in Mechanical
• Diploma in Electrical

• Practical/Internship experience in glass, ceramics, heavy industry, or manufacturing plants will be considered as an added advantage.

• Final department placement will be decided based on the candidate’s academic background, practical experience, and area of interest (with interviewer’s recommendation given priority).

• Candidate must have the willingness to work in Moulvibazar (Sreemangal) area.

• Must have the intention to work with the company for a long term.

• Operate and monitor machinery and equipment (Mechanical/Electrical) as per SOP.

• Support Generator Operation (Electric) – ensure smooth power supply and preventive maintenance.

• Assist in running Oxygen Plant – monitor pressure, flow, and safety standards.

• Work in Mixing Department – ensure proper weighing, mixing, and raw material handling.

• Support Forming Section – troubleshoot mechanical/electrical faults during production.

• Assist QC & Decal Departments – maintain machine efficiency, calibration, and smooth operations.

• Follow preventive maintenance schedule and report abnormalities to supervisors.

• Maintain daily logbook, operation records, and submit regular reports.

• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and ISO requirements.

• Work closely with engineers and department heads for continuous improvement.
