A. Electrical System Operation & Maintenance

• Supervise daily operation, inspection, and maintenance of electrical panels, transformers, substations, and power distribution systems.

• Ensure smooth functioning of furnaces, compressors, forming machines, annealing lehrs, packing line, and utility systems.

• Monitor load balance, voltage, current, and power factor to optimize energy efficiency and prevent breakdowns.

• Maintain records of maintenance schedules, consumption logs, and equipment history.

B. Breakdown & Preventive Maintenance

• Lead troubleshooting during machine or system breakdowns to minimize downtime.

• Implement and update preventive and predictive maintenance schedules for all electrical systems.

• Coordinate with production and mechanical teams to plan maintenance without interrupting production.

C. Project & Installation Works

• Assist in installation, commissioning, and testing of new machines, electrical panels, and automation systems.

• Work with vendors and contractors to ensure compliance with company standards and safety norms.

• Support factory expansion and energy optimization projects.

D. Safety & Compliance

• Ensure compliance with all electrical safety regulations and factory laws.

• Conduct risk assessments and safety audits of electrical systems.

• Train and guide technicians and operators on safe electrical practices.

E. Documentation & Reporting

• Prepare daily/weekly/monthly maintenance reports and energy consumption summaries.

• Maintain equipment manuals, single-line diagrams, and as-built drawings.

• Report equipment health status and recommend upgrades or replacements when necessary.
