Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters degree in any discipline
∎ PGD HRM & Social Compliance will get preference.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 4 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Assist in Worker & Supervisor recruitment process.
∎ Assist in Worker & Supervisor performance management process.
∎ Assist in setting action plan on reducing worker migration rate and reducing absenteeism.
∎ Visit floor frequently in a day.
∎ Assist in setting action plan on handling grievance and complain.
∎ Conduct orientation program for newly appointed worker and supervisor.
∎ Ensure implementation of all policy, process and compliance requirement among all the factory people.
∎ Ensure regular training and development for all the factory people.
∎ Assist in development & implementation of factory policy process.
∎ Ensure related compliance requirement of all types of labor law & rules and client's / buyer's requirement (COC) and implementation at factory like social audit, fire and safety issues and non-compliance issue identification and prepare corrective action plan (CAP).

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 32 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Must have sound knowledge in Bangladesh Labor Law & Rules with latest amendment.
∎ Footwear industry and Female will get preference.

Salary: Negotiable
