Educational Requirements:
∎ BBA or MBA in Human Resource Management from a reputed public university will be a preferred.
∎ Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management (PGDHRM) will be preferred.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 1 to 2 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding.
∎ Conduct interviews and coordinate the hiring process to ensure the selection of qualified candidates.
∎ Manage onboarding activities for new hires, including the development and facilitation of orientation or induction programs.
∎ Foster a positive workplace culture by promoting employee engagement and satisfaction.
∎ Monitor regular attendance by attendance software.
∎ Assist in the employee development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
∎ Support the performance appraisal process, providing guidance to managers and employees.
∎ Identify opportunities for employee development and training.
∎ Collaborate with department heads to identify training needs.
∎ Organize and coordinate training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
∎ Performs periodic documentation of HR files and records to ensure that all required documents are collected and filed appropriately.
∎ Performs other duties as assigned by management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 24 to 28 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Must have a good communication ability in English and Bangla.
∎ Any training on HRM will have the preference.
∎ Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
Salary: Negotiable
