Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manage Employee Life Cycle, from recruitment to employment separation
∎ Conduct Orientation for new employees and manage trainings
∎ Ensure employee satisfaction in their work environment
∎ Oversee the health and safety issues
∎ Ensure accurate and proper record-keeping of employee information
∎ Manage Performance Appraisal process
∎ Manage Administration related activities
∎ Manage Security and Housekeeping related activities
Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 2+ years of experience in relevant fields; preferably in Tourism & hospitality industry
∎ Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
