Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure excellent food quality and serve in a timely manner
∎ Oversee all kitchen operations
∎ Take stock of ingredients and equipment's; place orders to replenish stock
∎ Enforce safety and sanitation standards in the kitchen
∎ Create new recipes to keep the menu fresh

Additional Requirements:
∎ Specialized in continental food preparation
∎ Minimum 8+ years of experience in relevant fields; preferably in Tourism & hospitality industry
