Qualifications:

  • 1-3 years of experience in HR, Recruitment & T&D roles.
  • Knowledge about BLA-2006 & Amendments.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially PowerPoint & Excel.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Skills:

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills & positive mind-setup.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proficient in preparing and delivering presentations.


Responsibilities & Context:

Context: MIR Ceramic Limited (MCL) is the leading tiles manufacturer in Bangladesh. Currently we are looking for an efficient HR Executive who wants to grow his career path with a set of HR skills & wants to be part of our brand organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the recruitment process by posting job ads, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting initial candidate assessments.

  • Assist in the onboarding process, including orientation and placement of new employees.

  • Draft various HR forms, office orders, circulars, and letters (e.g., termination, warning, transfer letters).

  • Assist in designing and developing training materials.

  • Coordinate in-house training programs and workshops.

  • Create PowerPoint presentations for training programs, sales meetings, ManCom meeting and other employee engagement events.

  • Assist in developing day-to-day HR policies and interdepartmental SOPs.

  • Ensure policies are communicated and adhered to by all employees.

  • Assist the performance appraisal process based on KPI systems.

  • Assist in coordinating annual appraisal programs and feedback sessions.

  • Manage logistics for sales meetings, ManCom meeting, and other events.

  • Any other day-to-day work assigned by the HOD.
