Context: MIR Ceramic Limited (MCL) is the leading tiles manufacturer in Bangladesh. Currently we are looking for an efficient HR Executive who wants to grow his career path with a set of HR skills & wants to be part of our brand organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Support the recruitment process by posting job ads, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting initial candidate assessments.
Assist in the onboarding process, including orientation and placement of new employees.
Draft various HR forms, office orders, circulars, and letters (e.g., termination, warning, transfer letters).
Assist in designing and developing training materials.
Coordinate in-house training programs and workshops.
Create PowerPoint presentations for training programs, sales meetings, ManCom meeting and other employee engagement events.
Assist in developing day-to-day HR policies and interdepartmental SOPs.
Ensure policies are communicated and adhered to by all employees.
Assist the performance appraisal process based on KPI systems.
Assist in coordinating annual appraisal programs and feedback sessions.
Manage logistics for sales meetings, ManCom meeting, and other events.
Any other day-to-day work assigned by the HOD.
