Skills & Competencies Required:

• Strong understanding of marketing communication and brand coordination.

• Proven ability to source and procure marketing and promotional materials effectively.

• Good negotiation and vendor management skills to ensure quality and cost efficiency.

• Sound analytical and reporting ability to support marketing and sales operations.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional coordination.

• Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.

• Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities under tight deadlines.

To support our growing industrial operations, we are looking for a dynamic and proactive professional for the position of Senior Executive – Local Procurement (Branding & Events). The incumbent will be responsible for handling all branding-related procurement, event materials, and marketing support items—ensuring cost-effectiveness, quality, and timely delivery.

Job Responsibilities:

• Execute and monitor procurement of branding and promotional materials for Marketing & Sales initiatives.

• Ensure timely and cost-effective sourcing of gift items, event materials, and display items.

• Coordinate dealer showroom decoration and branding work in line with approved guidelines.

• Support marketing and sales events such as fitter meets, retailer meets, and dealer conferences through effective procurement.

• Liaise with vendors and service providers for quotation, price negotiation, and delivery follow-up.

• Oversee fabrication and installation work to ensure material quality and compliance with standards.

• Carry out procurement of electrical and operational items as required by the business.

• Manage spare parts and maintenance material sourcing for utility and operational support.

• Maintain effective coordination with related departments and suppliers for smooth operational continuity.
