Proven working experience of 3 years in accounts receivable.
Strong computer skills, experience with MS office is required; expertise in Quickbooks, SAP, Oracle is preferred
Job Context
We are looking for a full-time Assistant/Deputy Manager who will responsible for overseeing the company’s receivables process, ensuring timely invoicing, accurate recording of receivables, effective collection, credit control, customer reconciliation and compliance with company policies. Candidate should be proficient in Excel and familiar with accounting ERP software.
Job Responsibilities
Supervise daily accounts receivable operations including invoicing, posting, and customer account maintenance.
Ensure timely and accurate issuance of sales invoices and debit/credit notes.
Maintain adjustment entry against customer and preserve supporting documentation
Prepare aging reports and monitor customer balances and follow up to ensure on-time collection.
Coordinate with sales and marketing teams regarding customer invoicing, credit limits and payment terms.
Review and approve AR-related journal entries and reconciliations.
Prepare commission for dealer, collection status and variance reports for management.
Handle customer account reconciliations and resolve any discrepancies.
Collaborates with the sales admin to reconcile accounts receivable and collection on regular basis.
