Job Responsibilities:
∎ Lead all HR activities.
∎ PR & branding.
∎ Talent Hunting & Management.
∎ Arrange the training.
∎ Handling Disciplinary & Grievance, employee relation issues as per law.
∎ Deal with day to day administrative responsibilities and acknowledge the top authority accordingly.
∎ Assist and coordinate with the HR consultant.
∎ Any other task as assigned by the organization.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 24 years
∎ Experience in Human Resource Management.
∎ Team player with smart personality and positive attitude.
∎ Must be target oriented, dynamic, and confident.
∎ Effective presentation and communication skill in English (verbal and written) including the ability to draft a variety of correspondence.
∎ Excellent computer literacy in Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
∎ Can work independently with limited supervision.
∎ Excellent organizational skills and ability to multitask effectively under pressure.
∎ Demonstrates curiosity to learn and acquire knowledge from vastly different sources.
