Responsibilities & Context:
Oversee the procurement of essential goods required for office maintenance.
Preserve and maintain official documents in an organized and accessible manner.
Supervise and ensure the cleanliness, maintenance, and overall beautification of the office environment.
Oversee and manage the drivers and office assistants, ensuring smooth coordination and effective task completion.
Manage the office, ensuring proper services and hygiene.
Maintain communication with various governmental or non-governmental organizations related to the company’s business.
Ensure accurate record-keeping of guard-related data. Provide assistance to the Head of HR with daily administrative tasks and support.
Perform any other tasks as assigned by the Head of the Department to support the office operations effectively.
