Key Responsibilities:
Review drawings, specifications, and suggest improvements
Prepare budgets, cost estimates, and forecasting
Monitor site progress and ensure timely completion
Maintain quality control and construction standards
Conduct site meetings and prepare reports
Ensure safety compliance and site management
Architect (Additional Responsibilities):
Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max
Expertise in Lumion, V-Ray, Enscape or similar rendering tools
✅ Must have strong skills in 3D Animation & Walkthrough (Mandatory)
Knowledge of video editing tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro) will be an advantage
Strong aesthetic sense in design, lighting, and materials
