Job Responsibilities:
∎ Coordinate the end-to-end confirmation process.
∎ Manage employee separations for resigned employees and ensures timely disbursements of final settlement payment.
∎ Supervise and guide interns on assigned projects.
∎ Prepare different HR letters and generate HR reports to track metrics and trends.
∎ Maintain HR documentations and records.
∎ Assist recruitment processes, from posting jobs to candidate selection.
