Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Check and prepare the TADA report for processing
∎ Process new joiner’s registration in ERP
∎ Ensure Human Resources Information System (HRIS) is always updated
∎ Ensure employees’ personal files-hard copies are always updated
∎ Draft and prepare certificates (salary, experience) as per requisition
∎ Submit monthly manpower status with disbursed salary comparison
∎ Compile and collate outstanding salary if any
∎ The role of the job is to support and assist HR manager in Compensation & Benefits of the employees and HRIS process of the Group.
∎ Check and prepare the TADA report for processing
∎ Process new joiner’s registration in ERP
