• Able to handle customer independently by following up from the sample stage to up to final inspection. Kohl’s Customer experience highly preferred as a Certified GPQ (Product- Must experience on Knit item)                                                                                                                 

• Quality-improving work of different sewing operations and implementation in the factory sewing line.

• Develop and implement quality control processes, procedures, and guidelines to ensure consistency, reliability, and compliance with quality standards and regulations.

• Conduct inspections and audits of production processes, materials, components, and finished products or services to identify quality issues, defects, or non-conformities.

• Working with engineering, production, and other departments to resolve quality issues and implement corrective actions.

• Ensure all inspection and test data accurately recorded and documented, and maintain records of quality control procedures.

• Monitor and control quality at every stage of garment production: cutting, sewing, finishing, and packing.

• Review buyer specifications, ensure compliance with technical files, and sample approvals.

• Conduct inline, end line, and final inspections according to AQL standards.

• Coordinate with production, Merchandising, and Technical teams to identify proactively potential quality issues.

• Maintain detailed QA documentation and reporting systems for internal and external audits.

• Implement continuous improvement plans to reduce defects and rework.

• Train and guide QA inspectors and line quality staff for better performance and accuracy.

• Liaise with buyers’ QA representatives during inspections and audits.

• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and social responsibility standards related to product quality.
