Job Responsibilities:
∎ Conducting overall administrative activities related to floors.
∎ Monitor any harassing activity and take necessary action immediately in consultation with superior.
∎ Coordinating with the Payroll Section to resolve all issues related to Pay, Attendance Bonus, Overtime, Leave and In-Out.
∎ Approval of all gate passes, challans, leave, shipment lock and various forms subject to the permission of the Head of Department.
∎ Communicating personnel how to deal emergencies.
∎ Dealing with employee grievances and compliant
∎ Dealing with absenteeism of workers.
∎ To ensure weekly housekeeping & general cleanliness of toilets & floors.
∎ To prepare personal documents for new workers and officers-employees.
∎ 5s monitoring
∎ Ready to take any responsibility as per company requirement.

∎ Age 25 to 30 years
