Job Responsibilities:
∎ Conducting overall administrative activities related to all shift in floors
∎ Approval of all gatepasses, challans, leave, shipment lock and various forms subject to the permission of the Head of Department.
∎ Monitoring and follow up of all security guard posts especially at night shift.
∎ Coordinate with staff when responding to emergencies and alarms.
∎ To Prepare personal documents for new workers and officers-employees.
∎ Dealing with grievances of workers and ensure counseling with absentee
∎ Carrying out all operations of resign and final settlement.
∎ To ensure weekly housekeeping & general cleanliness of toilets & floors.
∎ To follow up the daily labor bill.
∎ 5S monitoring
∎ Ready to take any responsibility as per company requirement.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
