Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc engineering from any recognized university

Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Coordinate and monitor the implementation of corporate standards and requirements, regulations & Code of Practices for compliance.
∎ Organize project level EHS Working Committee Meeting, be Secretary to the meeting, track and monitor follow up the closure of actions.
∎ Conduct regular EHS inspection to identify hazards and gaps at the respective workplaces. Track and monitor the implementation of corrective actions.
∎ Contractor management at construction site & KPI monitoring.
∎ Ensure compliance on site safety Procedures.
∎ Drive the SHE initiatives at site & coordinate with contractor to implement it.
∎ Hazard Identification, Risk Assessment, Permit to Work (PTW) & SOP development & review
∎ Investigate Incident, Accident & collect evidence, Root cause analysis, take corrective action, submit reports to group EHS Management
∎ Maintain Legal register
∎ Ensure Safety & Emergency equipment are inspected & maintained regularly.
∎ Provide Safety Induction & safety Training to Employees, Contractor & Visitor
∎ Prepare weekly, monthly reports
∎ Any other task assigned by line manager

Additional Requirements:
∎ 3-5 years relevant working experience in EHS department at any factory/power plant or construction sector.
∎ Sound knowledge on safety and hazard issues
∎ Good leadership abilities with interpersonal skill
∎ Good command in verbal and written English.
∎ Ability to work with MS Office
∎ Project work experience will be an added advantage
∎ NEBOSH IGC/Diploma will get preference.
