• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Textile Engineering
• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Industrial Engineering
• Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)
• Master of Science (MSc) in Textile Engineering
• Master of Science (MSc) in Industrial Engineering

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Textile Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related discipline.

• At least 10 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments, Garments Accessories

• Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in a 100% export-oriented knit garments factory, including at least 5 years in a senior management or director-level position.

• Proven leadership in managing large-scale knitwear production facilities.

• Strong understanding of global apparel markets, production planning, supply chain, and quality systems.

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English; proficiency in additional languages will be an added advantage.

• Strong analytical skills, strategic mindset, and the ability to make high-impact decisions under pressure.

• Proficiency in ERP systems, MS Office applications, and production management tools.

Responsibilities:

• Provide overall leadership, guidance, and strategic direction to ensure the company’s continued growth, profitability, and operational excellence.

• Oversee all major departments —Marketing, Production, Merchandising, Planning, Quality Assurance and Supply Chain — ensuring smooth coordination and alignment with company objectives.

• Formulate and implement strategic business plans, production schedules, and efficiency improvement programs.

• Ensure on-time order execution, production efficiency, and shipment performance according to buyer requirements.

• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with international buyers, suppliers, and external stakeholders.

• Ensure full compliance with labor laws, health and safety standards, environmental guidelines, and buyer audit requirements.

• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) across departments and take corrective action where necessary.

• Lead senior management meetings, set performance targets, and inspire a culture of discipline, teamwork, and continuous improvement.

• Evaluate and approve budgets, cost control measures, and capacity utilization strategies to optimize profitability.

• Provide accurate reports and recommendations to the Managing Director/Board of Directors for strategic decision-making.

• Represent the company in high-level meetings, negotiations, exhibitions, and business forums.

• Identify risks and implement effective policies for risk management and operational sustainability.

• Drive digital transformation and the use of modern ERP systems to improve production planning, monitoring, and reporting.
