Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Adobe illustrator, All kinds of Garments (KnitWovenSweater), CAD, ERP, Fashion Designing, Graphics Design, Product Development
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Buying House, Garments
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for design & development of Samples, Technical Pack, Artwork details, approval for all embellishment and materials as per customers' requirements.
∎ Meet the Seasonal Calendar development activities according to garment specifications for all styles to meet the design's vision through strategic growth and right-first-time sampling.
∎ Produce concepts and create production sketches for development packages
∎ Make mood board based on current trends (fashion site, event, exhibition, publications, etc.).
∎ Analyze the design from a technical perspective involving producing patterns and specifications for designs and relating to fabrics & colors.
∎ Ensure all seasonal development as per direction, reduce the sample development time, and hand it over to the customer.
∎ Development Sample receiving and sending to the buyer as per set deadline and keep a record of samples
∎ Collaborate with cross-functional teams from Design, Technical Design, Raw Material, and Sourcing to ensure on-time delivery as per set calendar dates each season.
∎ Receive development samples and send them to the buyer as per the set deadline and keep a record.
∎ Improve design and product development activities with different stakeholders.
∎ Achieve all garment specs (fit, fabric, trims, etc.) according to the agreed Tech pack.
∎ Collaborate and follow up on deliverables with vendors and key partners throughout the entire design process, including preproduction and product development.
∎ Interpret the trends and visual goals into materials and products which correspond to the customer's demand.
∎ Keep up to date with emerging fashion trends and general trends relating to fabrics, colors, and shapes.
∎ Ensure to provide all data and properly maintain ERP systems and all other automation tools related to job.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 20 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Expert in mens/ladies/kids wear development will get preference.
∎ Previous experience in branding and identity design is essential.
∎ Experience working in fashion or a proven interest desirable.
∎ Highly creative
∎ Mac literate
∎ Fully conversant in Adobe CS5 (InDesign/ Illustrator/ Photoshop)
∎ Excellent verbal and written communication
