Dealer development, Field Sales
Job Responsibilities:
∎ New Dealer Appointment : searching potential candidate in assign area.
∎ Maintain new dealer inquiries, application data and regular followup to finalize the candidate.
∎ Understanding the motorcycle business, Dealer business operations and ability to convenience the new dealer candidates.
∎ Analyze the candidate proposal : business performance, financial strength & management capabilities of nee dealer applicant.
∎ Prepare and present the new dealer proposal in business professional manner.
∎ Share weekly plan vs regular progress report to achieve the new dealer appointment target.
∎ Ready to take any kind of responsibilities given my management as par business requirements.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 32 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Motorcycle riding skill.
∎ Be Trustworthy & discreet when handling confidential documents with safety & responsible attitude.
∎ Travel frequently all over the country.
∎ Visit Factory as when required.
