A leading Japanese Industrial Sewing Machine Manufacturing Company head office in Osaka Japan, inviting applications for the following position for their Bangladesh Liaison office. Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and Checking Proforma Invoice and quotations.
- Screening all kinds of import draft LCs and to advise required LC amendments
- Screening export shipping documents
- Liaise with agents, customers and overseas office for LC, shipment/delivery, amendments & follow up.
- Liaise with agents, LC issuing banks to release outstanding payments
- Email communications with agents, customers and overseas office related to LC, Shipment and Payment etc.
- Communication with local C&F Agent and Freight Forwarder’s local agent.
