Job Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer inquiries through phone calls, emails, and in-person communication

  • Provide accurate information about company products and services

  • Resolve customer complaints efficiently and professionally

  • Maintain customer records and update databases regularly

  • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction

  • Coordinate with internal departments to solve customer-related issues
