Additional Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and coordination skills

  • Proficiency in CRM Software, MS Office suite and other relevant tools is a plus

  • Ability to handle different stakeholders and create compelling sales pitches

  • Experience in sales and customer service role in the real estate or property industry will get preferred



Responsibilities & Context:
  • Maintain regular written communication with stakeholders, ensuring prompt and professional interaction to cultivate strong relationships and address any inquiries or concerns.

  • Handle sales calls via phone and online channels, providing accurate and persuasive information to potential customers, guiding them through the sales process, and addressing any questions or objections they may have.

  • Retrieve necessary data for the business development department and prepare presentations for in-house or external use.

  • Actively engage with primary prospects interested in apartments, showcasing features and benefits, providing property tours, and highlighting unique selling points to facilitate successful sales conversions.

  • Collaborate with the management team to identify areas for improvement and initiate necessary decisions to enhance the customer experience and drive sales performance.
