Job Responsibilities:
∎ Troubleshoot system and network problems, diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults.
∎ Identifying hardware and software solutions.
∎ Monitor and maintain computer systems and networks LAN/ WAN
∎ Should be capable to troubleshoot computer errors, operating systems errors, database, software applications.
∎ Perform daily monitoring and troubleshooting of different CAS (Application Software.
∎ Knowledge in MS. Word, Excel, power point, Visio.
