∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Garments
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To maintain all issue related to the Code of Conduct of various buyers & several third parties.
∎ Prepare factory in all aspects for compliance audit
∎ Attend compliance audit & support with all necessary information
∎ Making internal compliance audit
∎ Prepare corrective and preventive action plan as per CAP
∎ Responsible to maintain the buyers compliance report & preserve internal audit reports
∎ Monitor Building safety, Electrical safety, Fire safety & health issues as per local labor law
∎ Prepare documents as per audit requirement
∎ Implement compliance related policies & regulations
∎ Capable of maintaining a full compliant factory
∎ Maintain documents as required by law
∎ Communicate with BGMEA, Compliance Auditors, Fire & Civil defense Department, Labor Office etc
Additional Requirements:
∎ Strong knowledge on Labour law 2006 & Labour Rules 2015
∎ Good communication skills in both English and Bangla
∎ Strong analytical ability
