Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure internal primary audit of necessary requirement for internal development of owned factories.
∎ Follow-up customer COC audit and to develop factories COC accordingly.
∎ Prepare monthly factory follow up plan and coordinate for requirements.
∎ Provide preparation guideline to factories regarding BSCI, SEDEX, WRAP, C-TPAT, Environment, Technical and Social compliance audit
∎ Provide guideline to develop factories as per ACCORD &ALLIANCE (Fire Safety, Building Safety & Electric Safety) requirements and periodic follow up.
∎ Collect, Monitor & implement CAP of the factories.
∎ Assess and identify pictorial evidence in respect of CAP from different factories.
∎ Coordinate with all factory personnel for all compliance issues.
∎ Develop and implement plan of action for factories to meet and maintain social compliance standards.
∎ Conduct factory pre-acceptance assessment for customer social compliance requirements.
∎ Any other task assigned by the authority.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 28 years
∎ Good Communication skill
∎ Good knowledge in MS Office
