Job Responsibilities:
∎ Effectively organize and responsibilities for different types of Buyer Audits.
∎ Face external audit, Coordinate with 1st or 3rd Party Auditor, Prepare the CAP as per the audit findings and Implement the action plan and follow up.
∎ To provide training all workers/staffs/employees on Fire Safety, First Aid, PPE, Chemical Handling, Health and Safety, Orientation etc.
∎ Establishes, maintains and updates disciplinary action to be aligned with Bangladesh Labor Laws, BEPZA Instruction and manages and controls the implementation of disciplinary actions with the Company provides advice and negotiates for any grievances occurred.
∎ To monitor and follow up with emergency preparedness and response procedures.
∎ To periodically evaluate compliance with relevant environmental legislation, regulations and other requirements.
∎ Assess the Environmental issue and Check & Update the EHS.
∎ Update & Maintain all the license.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Should be capable to handle with buyer, buying agent, third party auditors.
∎ Prepare factory for facing different audit such as social and environmental.
∎ Adequate knowledge in computer literacy such as MS word, Excel & internet.
Salary: Negotiable
