∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Agro based firms (incl. Agro Processing/Seed/GM), Garments, Textile
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Preparing of all export docs as per Hanes Australia buyer's requirement and follow up of export independently
∎ Ensure preparing all export, bank, and buying documents on time
∎ Vehicle/Cargo Tracking till hand over to Forwarder's Depot
∎ After ex-factory the goods from factory crossmatch with actual delivered quantity of goods with merchandising/inventory/finishing dept.
∎ Crosschecking the unit price of goods with merchandising department before handover
∎ Ensure Collecting Bill Of Lading and FCR on time & submit export documents to forwarder.
∎ Ensure EXP duplicate reporting to Bangladesh Bank portal for assigned Buyers.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 27 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Excellent written and verbal communications Skill.
∎ Working Knowledge of MS Excel, Word and Outlook
∎ A flexible approach when working in a team
∎ Quick action and response to situations.
