Responsibilities & Context:
  • Receive incoming calls courteously and professionally, responding to patient queries regarding hospital services, doctor schedules, and appointments.

  • Make outbound calls to confirm appointments, follow up with patients, and collect feedback.

  • Register patient appointments in the hospital management system (HMS) accurately.

  • Provide information about consultants, departments, diagnostics, and procedures.

  • Coordinate with OPD, billing, laboratory, and other departments for smooth service delivery.

  • Handle patient complaints or direct them to appropriate departments for resolution.

  • Maintain proper call logs and records in accordance with hospital policy.

  • Support online inquiries from social media or website when required.

  • Maintain confidentiality of all patient-related information.

  • Meet daily/weekly call handling and service quality targets.
