Responsibilities & Context:
Receive incoming calls courteously and professionally, responding to patient queries regarding hospital services, doctor schedules, and appointments.
Make outbound calls to confirm appointments, follow up with patients, and collect feedback.
Register patient appointments in the hospital management system (HMS) accurately.
Provide information about consultants, departments, diagnostics, and procedures.
Coordinate with OPD, billing, laboratory, and other departments for smooth service delivery.
Handle patient complaints or direct them to appropriate departments for resolution.
Maintain proper call logs and records in accordance with hospital policy.
Support online inquiries from social media or website when required.
Maintain confidentiality of all patient-related information.
Meet daily/weekly call handling and service quality targets.
