Educational Requirements:
∎ BSC in Accountng / Finance.
∎ Certified Internal Auditor (C/A)/ ACA / FCA/ Chartered Accountants will be given preference.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Garments Industry, Garments Textile
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Preparing & checking the vouchers daily and recorded properly.
∎ Posting in the Cashbook, Bankbook & Ledger on a daily basis.
∎ Monitoring & taking approval of expenses according to policy.
∎ Bank Reconciliation.
∎ Deal account payable and account receivables, monthly reconciliation thereof.
∎ Checking bills submitted by vendors.
∎ Verifies figures, documents, and account details for auditing, such as cash flow data, income statements, and tax returns.
∎ To handle data management with Tally software (ERP).
∎ Provides financial control information by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends.
∎ Researches financial documents in preparation for the auditing process.
∎ Presents financial analysis to members of the auditing team.
∎ Plans financial audits from start to finish.
∎ Provide assistance in the case of an outside firm’s auditing of the organization.
∎ Work to develop new standards of practice within a company in order to increase accounting accuracy and integrity.
∎ Any duties & responsibilities assigned by the Management from time to time.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 25 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Strong math, analytical and computer skills, especially with accounting software, spreadsheets, and financial analysis and report management.
∎ Team player, well-mannered, positive attitude.
∎ Excellent presentation and reporting skills & excellent communications both written and speaking in English.
∎ Ability to work under pressure.
