Responsibilities & Context: Corporate Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, partners, and stakeholders.
- Regularly communicate with existing and potential corporate clients to understand their needs and ensure continued engagement.
- Support the development of partnerships, agreements, and corporate collaborations.
Fund Collection & Financial Follow-up
- Coordinate and manage fund collection activities from clients and partners.
- Ensure timely follow-up on outstanding payments, invoices, and financial commitments.
- Maintain accurate records of collections and submit periodic reports to management.
Client Communication & Convincing Over Phone
- Conduct professional phone calls to update clients, follow up on payments, and present company offerings.
- Convince clients regarding services, payment deadlines, and corporate programs.
- Handle client queries, provide accurate information, and maintain high-quality customer interaction.
Administrative & Reporting Tasks
- Prepare and maintain client databases, communication logs, and collection reports.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of corporate activities.
- Assist in organizing corporate events, meetings, and presentations when needed.
