Additional Requirements:

  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).


Responsibilities & Context:

Corporate Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Regularly communicate with existing and potential corporate clients to understand their needs and ensure continued engagement.
  • Support the development of partnerships, agreements, and corporate collaborations.

Fund Collection & Financial Follow-up

  • Coordinate and manage fund collection activities from clients and partners.
  • Ensure timely follow-up on outstanding payments, invoices, and financial commitments.
  • Maintain accurate records of collections and submit periodic reports to management.

Client Communication & Convincing Over Phone

  • Conduct professional phone calls to update clients, follow up on payments, and present company offerings.
  • Convince clients regarding services, payment deadlines, and corporate programs.
  • Handle client queries, provide accurate information, and maintain high-quality customer interaction.

Administrative & Reporting Tasks

  • Prepare and maintain client databases, communication logs, and collection reports.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of corporate activities.
  • Assist in organizing corporate events, meetings, and presentations when needed.
