Basic IT troubleshooting knowledge.

Responsibilities & Context:
Supervise support staff (cleaning, refreshments, guest handling).
Manage office facilities: furniture, AC, electricity, plumbing, and equipment.
Handle purchasing & supply of all office essentials.
Maintain inventory & asset records for all office items.
Build & maintain vendor and service provider relationships; ensure timely repairs and reliable support.
Basic troubleshooting of IT issues (laptops, printers, internet, etc.); coordinate repair if needed.
Ensure the office environment is always neat, functional, and welcoming.
Proactively identify and fix any issues—nothing should remain broken or missing.
Act as point person in emergencies (power outage, sudden repair, safety issues).
Maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and trustworthiness in dealing with vendors, guests, and staff.
